when you look for trolling motor batteries, look for the RC ( reserved capacity) , the RC number, higher the better, the longer it will run for ur trolling motor. look for something around 200~225 RC, they are heavy too.

check water level after a half or maybe a year of used, if the water level is low get distilled water from canadiantire or walmart and put it in, dont over fill it. if you take good care of ur batteries they will last you a long long time.
if you dont charge it immediately after used they will last a very short time. the cells inside the battery will lose its longevity, cause by battery sulfation. or even became a dead battery.
