all this is just to give you a recommendation of how much/heavy/weight that you SHOULD bring onto your boat, of course..you could bring as many people/stuff aboard as you want, you just putting yourself and someones lives at risk if you dont know what you're doing...
also, bringing exceeded loads on a boat is very dangerous when you're on the water during windy days...you know what im taking about..im sure most of us experienced it..
heavy loads plus on the water with high waves could also damage, weaken the structure of the boat,(transom/hull/ etc) or worse scenario is gotten the boat to sink...
boats with heavy loads are harder to maneuver..trust me..i know..
BUT...is very hard not to exceed the max cap rating..
for example: a boat with 600lb max cap. 16 foot, single console, has a trolling motor, lifewell, buildin gastank, and a single 60hp outboard motor..guess how heavy the loads gonna be...
lifejacks, anchor, safety equipment etc( 50lbs)
buildin gas tank, 50 liter full, (80lbs)
2 or maybe 3 batteries (70lbs)
trolling motor (50lbs)
lifewell 20gallon, has water and fish inside ( 130lbs)
need me list for more?
im not sure if i should include the 60hp motor(200lbs) weight into these... but just to let you know, you don really have much left...
