there are 3 ways gas can escape from the engine...
via the gas tank closure gasket, via the gas tank vent and the carburetor
all these wont happen when the power head is level
one way to achieve that is to separate the power head from the auger while on transit like the smart ass did in the video you just posted...
you can use a PTO lock pin for quick re-connection for use....place the idependent power head on a milk crate and thats space saving too in your vehicle
