That's Environment Canada 24-hours-non-stop weather (forecast) radio. 5 minutes ago it still says "(at the moment, and on Lake Simcoe), CURRENTLY WIND @ 8 KNOTS ( = 14.8 KM/HOUR)" (Note this is for Lake Simcoe in general. I mean Cook's Bay/4th Line/Lefroy area might be different, so take a bit of your grain of salt on this forecast:-).

!!!! I just phoned 院长: He is right now fishing off 4th Line (to the left about 500 meters off shore), and he says there is no strong wind (just some weak waves).
