欧洲央行还挺实诚，还说个数，美国现在都不说具体数字了，有理由怀疑以后老美再要印钱，招呼可能都不会打了，所谓的QE也就永远的“退出”了。然后货币发行量就成了国家机密了。一旦有一天，老百姓突然认识到到底有多少钞票在外面，没有人知道，是个无底洞的时候，纸币就要真正退出了。
