Last winter they had this 6" Nilsmaster Hand Auger on sale at the New Market Costco for less than $60 (regular 11o+ at Cabelas)...it comes with a drill adaptor too....but the manual part is still very user friendly as you can see the smaller helical angle of the flute, compared with others, that transfers the ice chips to ground it has...less cranking torque req'd
Watch out if they will carry it again this yr
