钓鱼没有随身携带户外卡， 罚款 $200 （新增加的罚款项目） !!!!!!!!!!!!! (这个您要小心了。 没有携带户外卡，仅仅携带临时的纸质的鱼牌显然是要触犯这条了）
申请超过一个以上的户外卡： 罚款 $200 (新增加的罚款项目）
