that applies on fillets on transport only...skin without fillet is meaningless
if you consume your catch on ice better dump the carcases down the hole to avoid debates with CO's

如果现场证据证明你吃了鱼，你需不需要证明的吃了什么鱼，还是没法证明你吃了不该吃的鱼就算了

in 17:10, he said Ontario is very strict on law and he did not get caught. so my understanding is that Ontario is stricter than Ohio and not legal to consume fishes onsite.
