看到 johndxu 等大师改装的 Kayak， 也想在去年买的还一直没有下过水的kayak 装一对平衡器 stabllizer。

请教各位大师， 当您在kayak 船帮上用螺丝打眼安装的时候， 您就是用一般的木螺丝拧上， 还是用特出的螺丝 ?

johndxu 大师提到 有专门用在卡牙科打孔的螺丝， 网上搜索很多， 但是不知道哪种比较好。

好像记得 椒Sir 以前发过 一张照片，螺丝拧进去后在头部膨胀开，一点类似Anchor， 找不到名字。

请问有必要用那种螺丝吗， 还是用一般的木螺丝拧即可。

当拉的煞那, 裡面一路受拉成形的丁头會陷入船身那胶wall
如果这囗拉丁曰后是经常受力的話, 那胶孔會很快受不了, 丁头會破孔而出
除非能在裡面先加个金屬垫圈, 但大卩份的船身位置並不容许这样做

请问： homedepot 有俩个尺寸 1/4-inch Speed, and 10-32 blind Well Nut.
什么意思？ 是直径 尺寸？ 还是不同标准？

10-32 Threads
The term 10-32 originates from Unified and American Screw Threads for Bolts, Nuts, and Machine Screws standards published in 1974 by ANSI B1.1. The number “10” is used as a size designator and has no numerical meaning. “32” refers to the 32-thread pitch in threads per inch. You can identify a 10-32 screw by measuring the diameter with a ruler at exactly 3/16 inches ().

但是 Well Nut 这 两种尺寸 只给了直径： 1/4= 4/16 和 10-32==3/16， 没有给长度。

在 homedepot search: 10-32 screw: 给出了很多， 如果只选 flat head.
至少有8 种之多。 而且有什么区别？ 选多长的比较合适？

These are countersunk head screws, will only fit with countersunk holes
Which screw head type to use depends on the hole finish of the THING you plan to attach to the kayak
Screw length does not count the screw head thickness
Length of screw should cover depth of the Well Nut plus the wall thickness of the kayak and the THING you plan to attach to the kayak

我的两分钱：
1, 吃水线一下不要打孔，即使有密封胶。吃水线上，孔打得小一点，螺丝硬拧进去，有助于放水。
2, 用垫片washer.

各种长度的多买几个，以后总是有机会用的。最好是买不锈钢的。

可以先不要買screw. 用稍长的screw加上垫圈或螺母来调整长度并安装well Nut. 然后你就可以测量出screw 的总长是多少。

搞錯了, screw 的長度不用算船身的厚度, 就Well Nut 長度十附件的厚度就是, 当然要预长少少
反為Well Nut 的長度要配合船身厚度, Home Depot 能買到的这个长度, 差不多7/8", 配船身1/4"(估算) 上下的厚度颇為恰可...

现在把照片和想法 传上

1. 非常简单的kayak （10 尺）， 不能从里边进去安装。 想做 如图1 那样的 平衡器。
2。 截面是 方形铝合金， 如图 2. 和 图 3. （螺丝需要拧在 凹槽里边。 这样那两个 横臂可以上下转动）。
3： 凹陷槽 需要 拧在 kayak 上 横 截面尺寸如图 4.
4。 去年由于一时糊涂 买了方形铝合金， 一直不知道如何 连接 “方形铝合金” to 圆形 PVC， 再接那两个 boat fender.
(因为网上有很多 用 圆形 PVC接那两个 boat fender 的列子， 就是不知道如何 用方形杆接 圆形 PVC。 所以买了将近一年， 就没有下过水）
直到几天前偶然看到 一个图片。 才想 模仿他的样子做一个。 （见图5）

先把rod holder卸下来，请个小孩子把手伸进去安放套着垫片的螺栓，从里面塞出来，打孔前先看看小孩的手可以伸到哪里。

这个不错，简单粗暴。铝槽型材那两个螺与船帮连接要转90度，也许只用一个？
