周日第一次出现电马达突然不工作，按电量检测，试过3/4格满，也试过完全不亮灯，怀疑哪里松了。所有接头碰碰摸摸一遍后，又能工作了，以为就是plug那里接触不良

后来全速开了一段距离，又停了，一查，发现plug那里已经melt了，估计是plug附近要么短路，要么接触不良，或者是有腐蚀导致的电阻增大

回来做了一下研究，另外一个可能性是马达缠了草或者鱼丝，果然如此。。。但不排除plug也有问题

哪位有经验share一下？

据说要加一个60安的断路器保护马达的，不过一个断路器最便宜的原厂要40刀，可能不如买个原厂的battery center，那个还带个盒子，内部线也给你准备好了。
我买了个50a的断路器一直偷懒没装，看来这懒还偷不得
另外歪个题，你那个缠草的轴上有个销子，是可以卡在桨叶上的，那个销子是很紧的固定在轴上还是很松会自己掉下来？

一定不要偷懒，如果没有那个断路器保护的话，碰到类似的问题就有可能烧马达或者起火的。每个马达的电流要求不同。还是24V的TM好，电流低多了

你说的那个PIN还是卡得比较紧的，没有任何异常或者变形，因为我的马达没有撞过

很奇怪，我的那个pin很松，自己会掉出来，以前的一个马达就不是这样，换新的pin也是这样，我的马达在高速的时候会有抖动，不知道是不是就是这个原因

早知道就买auto-reset 的了，还很便宜，才几刀，我以为手动reset的会好点，还很贵，26刀，上当了

还有一个奇怪的现象，以前的马达线上会提醒加断路器，我后来的马达上没有了，而且在100%的附近，有时会偶尔听到“咯得”的声音，会不会新款把这个做到马达里面了？

对的，船买来的时候就有这个CIRCUIT BREAKER，自动RESET的，否则我那天还不是PLUG MELT那么简单。

IMO it is not necessary to install such breaker for most of the new TMs even the manufacturers usually recommend it. The built in protection is good enough. LZ's experience proved that.

I had installed a breaker for my 12v TM as recommended but for quite a few years but it never worked. Instead the built in protection kicked in many times.

I think the $40/50 can be better spent somewhere else.

Loose connection, resistant is reduced and more heat is generated, plug melted.

Some models are with built-in circuit breaker, some are not....check it out here

If an extra circuit breaker is added without knowing the built-in, and if the the one you added has a higher rating, then more likely whenever the operating current is excessive only the built-in one will trip off...

是的，POWERDRIVE 第一代，2000左右的

要預防跳火(arcing)可在插頭適當地方塗上Dielectric Grease
