昨儿个有钓友说要买比如 $20 刀的冰钓杆和轮的 COMBO. 我说, 千万别买. 巨难使, 变垃圾, 就后悔.

俺喜欢的冰钓杆,轮 (大多数来自 BPS 和 SAIL, 但也有一竿是 CUSTOM-MADE 定做的), 杆的牌子有 ST.CROIX, WICKED,... 轮的牌子有 ST.CROIX, PFLUEGER, WICKED,...

冰钓婆吃, 花花, 不漏鸡等 PANFISH, 就用 23" 到 28" 寸左右长度的 UL 或 L 的杆.

冰钓摸屁股, 或钓大 LAKER 或大白鱼等, 就用 32" 寸左右长度的 M 或 MH 的杆.

赶脚轮子质量很重要. 便宜的轮子, 冰钓(如果不是在帐篷里有加热器)站在露天的冰面上钓, 气温低, 轮子貌似冻住了. 转动轮儿? 饶不动啊...

所以买好一点的冰钓肝儿和轮儿(特别是轮儿, 更重要), 还是值得的. 而且好冰钓肝儿(或轮儿)也不贵, 最多也就是比如一个 30 刀, 40 刀, 50 刀; 不像普通非冰钓的好肝儿或轮儿一个宰您 200 刀甚至 600 刀以上没商量:-)

下面的最后一图中的杆, 32" (寸)长, HEAVY, 是三年前一位西人爷爷给定做的, 叫 ROVIC 竿. 估计 Sergeantpepper 就知道.

That I dont know....I suppose that 西人爷爷 is a member of the Simcoeoutdoors board....for two(may be 3) years Jerry the admin there had blocked my account & IP address at work for reason you may know.....so I seldom frequent there since then

No, it is not related to that Jerry's site. The rod is from a guy who frequents the Go Fish Ont message board from Mike (which I assume you know)

Reels having anti-reverse feature works with a roller bearing cage system..
The working principle is based on the frictional effect between the steel rollers(6) & the plastic cage..
Cranking in one direction the frictional force is zero hence allowing line to be reeled up,
in the other direction it will be max. and the fish will have to fight againt the drag.
Under extreme temp. condition, moistures freezed up on the steel rollers surface will increase the frictional force even in the friction-free direction...seizure occurs
Some reel brands are less affected than the others..

Traditional reels works with"ratchet gear"(not movie star) and they dont have this problem...but the users will have to bear with that little back-lash at hook setting, IMO not that big a deal...

我也比较喜欢PF和FENWICK ,下手轮肝做的很扎实，关键不贵啊，哈哈。

说实话，真心失望之极，精度的框量无法接受，可能是因为kingpin 玩多了，所以觉得鸡肋。

冰钓竿Kayak钓将爆婆吃应该很爽。下次搞一个圣特克莱尔。挂上我的Center pin冰钓。

装备派的心情我等是无法体会的，哈哈。

冰钓40-50的我觉得足够好了

感觉一个老款shimano symetre 500 可玩多样性且实用太多了，Perch Crappie哪怕河里2-3磅小嘴都是绰绰有余啊，Sail记得还有全新的再卖。
