Any advise for 30-50 HP with power trim and tilt?

30-50HP doesn't seem to match your full-windshield 17'er (?)
I think it deserves at least a 75
What' size is the current dead one?
IMO any popular brand is good....Merc, Yammy whatever
get a reliable mechanic
all modern motors in that range have power T/T, don't they?
