不同动物的寄生虫种类各不相同，也无法共存于不同种类的动物身上，因为每种动物都有一个正常的体温范围，离开这个条件，寄生虫无法长期生存，同时高温下许多寄生虫也会被杀死。我们买的大部分肉食品都含一定量的寄生虫，所以才需要彻底煮熟。因此吃那的鱼都没有必要过于讲究火候，熟多点为秒。吃生肉导致寄生虫的病例大家一定早已熟知。
