Option 2 - Early resolution - Meet with prosecutor (by choosing this option you do not forego the right to a trial)
Option 3 - Trial option
我想请教的是，这个Option 2有可能说服检控官放弃起诉吗？

不可能，只能降罚款
Option 2的时候，检查官就是重复一遍罚单的内容，你解释的话刚说出口，他就告诉你，你可以去跟法官说。

你这个比较特殊，除非你累积点数比较多，不然扣点不扣点是一样的，只要罚款，哪怕是$1，保险公司都能查到记录，保险可能会涨，第一张告票长不了多少，尤其你这种minor的

嗯, OPTION 2 从来没听说过 prosecutor 可以了结 (DROP THE CHARGE). 貌似他/她并没有了结案子的法律权力. 是法庭上法官说了算.

我还有个办法:带我多钓几次鱼。你就不会发生类似倒霉的事情了。因为在全坛，没有比我更倒霉的了。

修好了上庭看能不能打掉
第一个罚单一般不会涨保险，能打掉这个不就不是第一个了吗？ 下次罚单还有鸡会不涨保险
