我的房屋贷款就是MARK做的。利率很好。还有几位鱼友也是MARK做的。MARK为人诚实热情,服务周到,利率好。值得信赖。 :up

院长及渔坛上的渔友都是上乘客户. 正所谓亲近大自然的人都淳朴. 院长是有福之人, 赶上利率上涨前锁定. 之后, 5年固定利率一度上升到3.59%, 现有回到3.09% - 3.29%. 专家预测2014下半年固定利率又将上升.

London Life mortgage is very popular among high income and high credit clients in our community esp. 2.29% 1 or 2yrs fixed rate. Other terms are not competitve.

Most A lenders with competitve rate don't accept London Life mortgage. That is the reason London Life renew rates are extremly high.

易进难出贷款- LONDON LIFE, INVESTOR GROUP MORTGAGE. 流通量小, 转出受限制. RENEW RATE非常高.

3 yr variable 1.99% by Investor Group

Hi everyone,

I know everyone is talking about this 1.99% rate. Clients need to be aware of the restrictions attached.

Here are what I got from Investor Group website about this product:

"These promotions are closed terms that are not eligible to be paid out, refinanced, early renewed or extended prior to maturity of the term (except upon the bona fide sale of the subject property)."

"Payments are based on the 3 year fixed posted rate at the time of funding."

Higher Payment: mortgage payment is calculated based on 3 yr posted rate, which is 3.75% right now. It does not fit the clients who care about their monthly cash flow.

Rate conversion Option: Lock into a fixed rate at any time (Note: Investors Group typically doesn’t have the most competitive fixed rates)

Refinances: Not allowed before maturity. This means you can’t refinance your mortgage for any reason during the term of your mortgage.

Early Renewals: Not allowed

Early breakage: Not allowed unless due to a bona fide sale of the property. This means you have to sell your home if you want to break your mortgage.

Collateral Charge If you want to switch your mortgage to another lender at maturity you’ll need to pay legal fees to switch your mortgage.

Below is list my niche mortgage products for your record.

- Better than Banks rate. For rate sensitive clients whom wish for lowest rates.

- New immigrants program. 35% down payment from own source, NO income required.

- Old immigrants living oversea most of time. 50% down payment from own source, NO income required.

- Business for self program. Solutions with 20% - 25% - 35% down payment. NO mortgage insurance.

- Commission income. Best program for commission income applicant with 35% down payment from own source.

- Income not sufficient. Applicants with income source and 50% down payment from own source.

- Rental Investor. Best rental program accepting 100% rental income offset to qualify deal.

- Property with separate entrance basement apartment. Accept basement rental income to qualify deal.

- Clients with credit issue. offer B lenders and better than B lender rate solution.

- Clients with cash income component like chef, cook, waiter / waitress etc.

- Commercial mortgage (small & large, good rate)

内部消息: 因为债券成本提高, 5年固定下周上3%. 不知将持续多长?
