为啥超市卖的冰鲜碧古不好吃

我基本都是食超市的，确实不怎样，虽然看起来很新鲜。钓来冰过的都好得多。

所谓冰鲜鱼，就是冰了后再鲜(化冻)，再冰再化冻。这样折腾怎会好吃? 鹅从不买冰鲜的，鹅直接买速冻的。就是那种鳞没刮肚子没开的冰冻鱼，不比死去的活鱼差。
