捉小龙虾

待我休息的时候写个帖子， 如何去捉小龙虾，如何去除龙虾体内的污垢， 如何去做， 等等等。。以前在新奥尔良的时候有点小经验， 不敢说是专家， 但略知一二， 耳濡目染而已。 啤酒小龙虾， 那里当地夏天不能少的。。

现在还不到时候吧？记得大前年六月份在ELORA GORGE抓了一盆尝鲜，还是蛮有味道的。

直接用手抓的。就在浅水里。

Sure. 小龙虾又叫Crayfish,比Goby名声好些，可以用作鱼饵，虽然没有被通缉，但也被列入有害鱼种。如果捞小龙虾以吃为目的，没有limit限制。如果做鱼饵用，好像有36/day的限制。并且不能tranport到其它水域使用。

这个好，再搞点生蚝，弄个avocado 基围虾 cocktail，小土豆玉米一起steam，辣椒面一撒。。。想起了墨西哥的那些日子

白天就很多，不用晚上抓。用蚯蚓钓小龙虾也挺好玩。钓上来的一般个头比较大。用鸡骨头，肉，鱼肉都可以作饵。不用鱼钩也行，绑一块煮熟的鸡腿，就可以钓。小龙虾会咬住鸡腿不放口，慢慢把它拉上来。

以前杀Bass的时候时常胃里有小龙虾，可惜Grand River里的小龙虾比较小，不知道哪里的可以大一点，记得这个虾离水很容易死，又不能活水运输，太远了回家都死绝了啊...

The current version of the Ontario Fisheries Regulations do not provide for non-angling capture methods for crayfish, which means that they would need to be taken via angling.

谢谢你发帖普及，规定还是很严格的！除非有这方面的执照或科研的目的，在陆地上不能运输这一条就够很！如果想吃还必须在水上COOK吃，不然就有在陆地上运输的嫌疑！

带个锅，在水边煮熟带回来应该可以吧。这他妈的都什么规定，有时自相矛盾。
