A Global Moderator on the other hand is meant for ALL forums, and as such there is no need to include him/her in any particular/individual forum
Back to the formum "It's All About Fishin'" with Moderators: Kevinshao, D君, it was due to the two members (Kevinshao and D君) first appointed to forum-only moderators, and then later "promoted" to Global Moderator.

By the way, I just removed all forum-specific moderators as it just happened that all current forum-specific moderators are also Global Moderators.

我可不敢让我家领导到这来。那以后，再想买渔具，就只能做梦了。我家领导现在知道我买的渔具都很便宜。都是10块20块的。
