请教：关于三文鱼蛋的处理。

未成熟的鱼蛋只能用专用鱼蛋药cure.冷冻保存。鱼店有卖药。这种鱼蛋在湖里或河口钓Trout好用，在河里效果一般。

我看油管上是从三文肚子取LOOSE的鱼蛋，据说不超过一半，鱼不会有问题。当然，放鱼时要确保鱼能自己游走。否则只能把鱼扛回家了。

饱和浓盐水

三文鱼钓上来了，三文鱼蛋也就有了。但是怎么处理呢？请教各位大师几个问题：
1、没有完全成熟分离的鱼蛋是不是不好？
2、三文鱼蛋什么时候放盐？放多少呢？
3、在鱼蛋冷冻之前需要晾一段时间吗？要晾到什么程度？

因为现在是随时钓随时使用，还有的用的。明年春天还需要用它钓Rainbow呢。所以需要保存一点。

请各位点拨一下。谢谢。

扛回家也需要大力啊，一条都20-30磅，两个人抬都觉得沉。还好去年弄了一条有满满的鱼蛋，今年明年都不用搞了。

今天争取再抓一条，回来试试。
要是现在现场往外挤鱼蛋的话，还需要等一段时间。没到火候呢。

如果鱼蛋还没熟，用浓盐水不行的。别浪费鱼了，等蛋熟再搞吧！

看来我说的话有问题：今朝有鱼今朝钓，莫等冰封雪落时。我在去年最后上鱼的时间是12月9号。记得那天气温并不很低，但是鱼竿很脆弱。不经意间，鱼竿断了。是在中间部分断的。不像是上鱼造成的。

是水不會冰吧、、保持idle是好主意如果不怕嚇跑鱼兒：）
上水后是另一回事，windchill kicks in
馬达要迅速放直去水，short turn馬达一會抖净水泵impeller 是正道、、
如果氣温持續那才是問题，船底會被冰在bunks上、、、下回落船好玩儿
