提出问题是好事。那个家伙比这个图上距离还长一点点,hook的位置很完美,就在嘴里面的边上,这个问题我也问过MNR,没有问题。

Thank you for your inquiry.
Generally, angling gear rigged in this configuration, using a bead, is not prohibited under the Ontario Fishery Regulations (OFR), however the way the gear is used may be prohibited.
The Ontario Fishery Regulations, in ss. 9(1)(a), prohibits fishing with a hook used in a manner to pierce or hook a fish in any part of the body other than the mouth (often called snagging; as an intended action). An angler must immediately return a fish to the water from which it was caught if it is caught in an unlawful manner (OFR, s. 12).
We hope you find this information helpful. If you wish further clarification, please contact enforcement staff at the Ministry of Natural Resources (MNR) district office nearest your intended fishing location.
Regards,

Dear Sir/Madam,
I started trout fishing and would like to know whether it's legal to fish with a bead which is 2 inches above the empty hook, thank you.
